Congress Wrangles Over ACA Replacement

House Republicans have released their highly anticipated ACA replacement plan. While less taxing on the federal deficit, it would leave 24 million uninsured by 2026. With proposed cuts to Medicaid, financial risks to payers and providers may be greater than ever.

Quality Remains a Focus—With or Without the ACA

No matter what happens to the Affordable Care Act, a value-based future is certain. Improving quality is key. Payers and providers must work together to close gaps in care, avoid duplicative care, achieve high quality scores, and improve patient care.
