CLIENT SPOTLIGHT
Using Data as a Unifying Factor

Data holds great power to align people toward a common goal. Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) shares data with two providers through its clinical data exchange—the first of its kind. Integration began with the University of Mississippi Medical Center, the state’s largest Medicaid provider. Now including Hattiesburg Clinic, the program will continue to forge new pathways for years to come.

Wise Health System uses data to unify clinical and financial areas of the organization for clinical quality improvements. As a result, the health system reduced heart failure readmissions from 32% to 6%, reduced unspecified code usage by 18.2%, and achieved the highest customer service score from 80% of patients.
